The City of Charlotte's Firehouse 30 will be the first all-electric firehouse in the southeast, equipped with the first all-electric North American-style fire truck. This new facility will replace the existing firehouse located at 4707 Belle-Oaks Drive, which was built in 1955 and has served as a Charlotte Firehouse since 1991. Firehouse 30 was one of three firehouses identified in the Construct Fire Facilities Program within the Fiscal Year 2022 budget.
